1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, boostvideo.ai, and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Alex Lucky LLC ("we", "our", "us"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boostvideo.ai provides users with AI-generated analysis, timestamps, and recommendations to improve their YouTube videos.

3. User Accounts

To access the full features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security.
• You are responsible for any activities or actions under your password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

Auto-Renewal:

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Alex Lucky LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account management page.

Payment Processing:

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle all payments. We do not store your full card details.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

General Policy:

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Technical Failures:

If the Service fails to generate a report due to a technical error on our side, you may request a refund or credit by contacting us at info@boostvideo.ai within 7 days of the incident. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Dissatisfaction with AI Output:

Because of the subjective nature of creative advice, we do not offer refunds solely because you disagree with the AI's recommendations or style.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Service:

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alex Lucky LLC and its licensors.

Your Content:

You retain all of your ownership rights to your original video content that you submit for analysis via a URL. We do not claim ownership of your videos.

Generated Reports:

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and display the reports and recommendations generated by our Service for your personal or commercial business purposes.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
• Fair Usage: Using the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes, constitutes abuse, or burdens our infrastructure (e.g., automated scraping or excessive API calls). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts violating this policy.
• Submitting URLs of content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Alex Lucky LLC, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
